The Women of the Church

General Information | Calendar of Events | Bible Schedule

The Women of the Church (WOC) is the local organization of women who are church members.  The WOC is essential to the life of the church as they care for the spiritual formation of the women as well as tend to the needs and nurture of church life.  The WOC form on a congregational level and also participate in the presbyterials, which is similar to the presbytery (of which only men are allowed to be elders, whether teaching or ruling elders).  The presbyterials also form part of the Women's Synodical Union.  Our ladies are organized into five circles, that meet in various locations for prayer, Bible study, discipleship, and fellowship.  This year's Bible study is going through Let's Study Philippians by Dr. Sinclair Ferguson.
